Terminal:

• displaying scrollbars on terminal;
• synchronization current file list directory with terminal directory;
• terminal context menu with copy and paste items has been added.

Appearance:

• displaying <DIR> text instead of directory size (always 4Kb) (thanks to Gennady Telegin);
• color setup for info panel, selected text and info panel label text;
• symlink and no-access images updated (thanks to Kirill Kirillov); up-arrow image removed, for now arrow image from current theme (gtk-go-up) is used;
• ".." and "/" buttons have been removed.

Menu:

• Properties menu entry added (Alt+Return hot key);
• Show/hide terminal menu entry added (Ctrl+o hot key);
• Invert selection menu option added.

Other important changes:

• saving/loading default main window geometry at the time of application shutdown/startup;
• command line with hot keys.

Bugs fixed:

• Enter/Double click on an executable launches it;
• Non modern copy/move dialog now works fine;
• sorting works well with date and size columns!
• saving sorting state when moving from one directory to another;
• after exit command is sent to terminal, terminal directory will be changed to current file list directory;
• file ".." is not displayed if we are in /root directory;
• daafm executive has been renamed to flybird;
• building config.h if it does not exist.

Other code and build system improvements.
Other simple bugs fixes.
